A New Beginning Pregnancy Resource Center (hereinafter referred to as "the Organization") is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing donated tangible goods and services to individuals and families in need within the community. The Organization's efforts are made possible through the generosity of donors and volunteers.

A New Beginning Pregnancy Resource Center (hereinafter referred to as "the Organization") is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing donated tangible goods and services to individuals and families in need within the community. Disclaimer:
- Donated Goods: All tangible goods distributed by the Organization are donated items. The Organization makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the quality, condition, safety, suitability, or fitness for a particular purpose of any donated goods. Recipients acknowledge that they accept all donated goods "as is" and with all faults.
- No Guarantee of Availability: The Organization does not guarantee the availability of any specific goods or services. The distribution of goods and services is subject to availability and the Organization's discretion.
- No Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organization, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the receipt, use, or possession of any donated goods or services provided by the Organization. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for personal injury, property damage, or economic loss.
- No Endorsement: The provision of donated goods or services does not constitute an endorsement by the Organization of any product, manufacturer, or service provider.
- Recipient Responsibility: Recipients of donated goods and services acknowledge and agree that they are solely responsible for the safe handling, use, and maintenance of any received items. Recipients are advised to inspect all donated goods before use and to use them responsibly.
- Services Provided: If the organization provides any services, such as donated labor, the services are provided as is, and without warranty. The recipient assumes all risks associated with the provided service.
- Release and Waiver: By accepting donated goods or services from the Organization, recipients hereby release, waive, and discharge the Organization, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, and agents from any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, liabilities, and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection with the receipt, use, or possession of any donated goods or services.
- Governing Law: This disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of West Virginia.
- Severability: If any provision of this disclaimer is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
- Entire Agreement: This disclaimer constitutes the entire agreement between the Organization and the recipients with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
